Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by hydroloktk d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia with registration number 253674198 and VAT number HR25631479852 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website at hydroloktk.live or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hydroloktk regarding your use of our enterprise operational risk monitoring services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Split, Croatia.

For clients located in other European Union member states, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage the resolution of any disputes through direct communication. If you have concerns about our services, please contact us first at legal@hydroloktk.live. We are committed to addressing issues promptly and fairly.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any mediation shall be conducted in Split, Croatia, in accordance with Croatian mediation procedures.

Termination

Either party may terminate the use of our services at any time with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions.

Force Majeure

hydroloktk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email to registered users. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and hydroloktk regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
